Try other camera settings next time.

You used:
exposure: 1 sec
aparture: 7.1
ISO: 400

Try next time:
exposure: 20-30 sec
aparture: 9-11
iso: 100

Then you will avoid the ghost:ich folks running all over.

The ghostish folks running around don't bother me, it kind adds movement to the place, and Hard Rock cafés have a lot of movement! I would say that it looks a bit tilted, this time I would rotate it clock-wise. I would also try another angle/place to avoid the branches on the top of the photo.
